  •  I’m running to bring a fresh voice and a community-first mindset to City Hall. As a lifelong resident of Quincy, a public school educator, and a parent of two young children in our schools, I’ve seen firsthand how development decisions, city services, and school investments directly affect our neighborhoods. I’m committed to ensuring that residents—not developers or political insiders—come first in every conversation. Ward One deserves accessible, transparent leadership that listens and acts.

• Having personal ties to the city does not disqualify a candidate for office by any means. But voters may be concerned that if you answered yes to either of the previous two questions, you may not be willing to speak out on their behalf if doing so might jeopardize your or your family members' relationships with the city. What would you say to those voters?

  •  It’s true that I have family members who work for the City of Quincy—but that should not be a concern for voters. My family and I have always supported efforts to make city operations more transparent, more accessible, and more accountable to the public. We’ve stood behind candidates who demanded fairness in hiring practices, more open government, and responsible budgeting. I’ve built my career advocating for people—especially students and families—and that’s exactly what I’ll continue to do on the City Council. I will never let personal connections stand in the way of doing what’s right for the residents of Ward One and the citizens of Quincy.

  • As a public school teacher and driver’s education instructor, I work directly with families and youth across Quincy and the South Shore. I also stay active in local school communities as a parent of two children—one attending Atherton Hough Elementary and the other enrolled in a local preschool. While I’m not formally a member of any one civic group,I have been a part of the Houghs Neck Community Council for many years resigning to seek the Ward One seat. I was also a board member of the Quincy Band Boosters for many years until my children were born.  My professional and personal life keeps me deeply connected to the people and concerns of Ward One.
